SUMMARY

Architectural Designer must have a minimum of one year of experience in the production of architectural construction documents for commercial and restaurants projects.

Must be able to perform site visits and perform as-built plans.

Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Must be licensed in the Texas state and willing to be licensed in California and other states when needed

Job
Functions:

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conduct site surveys

  • Space planning + layout

  • Schematic & design development

  • Create MEP engineering

  • Interior construction detailing

  • Complete finish out selections

  • CAD construction drawings for building permit purpose

  • Permitting & permit expediting

  • Create 3D designs, renderings, and drawings

  • Exterior facade & patio design

  • Interior design

  • Furniture, fixture, and finish selections

  • Furniture specifications

  • Create client mood boards, presentations, and specifications

Skills
Preferred:

  • Be proficient in AutoCAD

  • Experience with Revit

  • Experience in 2D and 3D drawings

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
